Cinnamon Coffee Fix! November 06 2015

Today is a gorgeous blue sky day here. Here is a delicious chilled coffee energy booster for an afternoon like this (or any day!)

Cinnamon Coffee Fix

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chilled milk of your preference: I use rice milk
  • 1 Organic espresso coffee, cooled, OR 1/2 cup of organic cold extracted or cooled plunger coffee
  • 1 Tablespoon of Good Health Organic Flaxomega oil or Coconut oil (for sustained energy and immune boost)
  • 2 Tablespoons unsweetened Yoghurt
  • 2 tsp Lifestream Essential Berries (antioxidant hit)
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon (also full of antioxidants)
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper (gives a zing, and energy buzz)

Method:

Blend together, sprinkle with cinnamon, and enjoy!
